Under Washington’s “Safe Start – Stay Healthy” order issued by Governor Inslee, for any property located in a county that is in Phase 1.5, Phase 2, or Phase 3 of the “Phased Reopening” process, any real estate activities of brokers and industry partners are permitted only according to the following restrictions:
