Is becoming a Property Manager with JMW Group right for You?
Day to day activities for our Property Management professionals include identifying and marketing to potential clients, providing consultations for property owners, identifying their investment goals and using local market data to expertly price and effectively market their rental for the most successful outcome. They also manage the showing of available properties to prospective tenants (easily scheduled and managed through our Tenant Turner software) and then review the rental applications of prospects (pre-screened and vetted by Alliance 20/20) with the owner to determine which qualified party will best meet their criteria.
Property Managers also prepare lease documents for either digital or in person signings, conduct move-in and move-out activities, and follow up with any delinquent rent collection or lease compliance issues. Our Property Managers work closely with our accounting department to facilitate the creation of our owner statements, delinquent rent reports and execution of final tenant deposit settlements. They may also complete periodic interior and exterior inspections, always working to maintain healthy tenant/owner relations with clear, professional and timely communication. Property Managers will also review utility and service invoices and approve for payment, manage property maintenance needs and work closely with our vendors to make sure that maintenance of the property is handled as expeditiously and efficiently as possible!
